Payment options

1. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard
Secure credit card facilities are provided by PayPal. You can pay with either Visa or Mastercard. If you have a PayPal account, you are required to log in to your account to perform the financial transaction.

2. Credit card via the website prompts - Visa, Mastercard
If you prefer to make the payment over the phone, want to add something else to your order after you hit the submit button or need to make a special payment for shipping; please first email us with the order details so we can work out postage and a final invoice amount.

3. Direct deposit
Our bank details are provided on the Tax Invoice. Direct Deposit must be made within 48 hours of ordering. Please ensure your Tax Invoice number or name is referenced in your deposit so there is no delay in processing your order. Goods may take an additional 2-5 days as we have to wait for the funds to clear. Please contact us by email or phone once the payment has been made to advise us of your delivery address.

Secure Shopping On-line

SSL encryption technology is used to protect you against the misuse of your credit card details. This encryption process ensures that your personal data is unable to be decoded when it travels from your computer to us and ensures your privacy and the integrity of your order.

Packaging

Our products are packaged using recycled boxes that are made of lightweight cardboard. Where bubble wrap is used in packaging it contains 15% recycled content. Padded bags have minimum 60% recycled fibre content and 20% recycled plastic content in the bubble lining.

Order and Return Policy

If for any reason you have concerns about the products sold to you by Little Green, please call or email us. We want you to enjoy your experience with us and be completely satisfied with our products.

Should you receive a product that you believe is faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss the best course of action. Please do not return products without first contacting us. Please note that we will not refund goods if you simply change your mind.

If a product is deemed faulty, you will be asked to return the goods along with the original invoice and be required to pay for all shipping costs. There is 14 day guarantee on faulty goods that will be enforced, and only goods faulty from production are eligible for refunded. Please contact us prior to returning the goods in order to arrange credit back to the original credit card that was used to place the order.

Damaged Shipments

Should you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, please email us immediately. All damage claims must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of the goods. Any claims made after this time are subject to denial.

Shipping & Delivery

Most goods will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order online. Delivery times vary depending on location, but typically most parcels will be received within 4 – 8 working days. Sticker will be delivered within two weeks.

If our product is out of stock you may have just missed out, and you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange a reimbursement or delivery of an alternative product. Please provide your contact details on all orders where prompted.

If you order on-line you will receive an immediate email acknowledgment of your order. If you require urgent delivery, please phone or email us and we can cost a courier delivery for you. Delivery will otherwise be via Australia Post.

Please include special instructions for delivery (in the Additional Info during Checkout) should you not be home or require the order to be left in a safe location. Please note however, that by doing so you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.

Freight Cost

The cost that you are quoted online at the end of your order is the cost to send the parcel to your registered address, including any handling costs.

Please note however that we may sometimes use couriers to deliver your parcel if you live in a major city or you place an order by phone. In some cases the actual cost of delivery may be more or less than the price quoted, however you will only ever be charged the quoted freight cost.

If you are not satisfied with the quoted freight costs, please contact us by email and our staff will calculate the best price for shipping/delivery based on the most cost effective freight carrier.

Additional Postage fees

The following charges may be added to your shipment and will automatically be calculated for you. These services and charges ensure that your parcel will arrive quickly and safely.

Registered Post: $3.90 (this means lost packages can be tracked by Australia Post).

International Payments and Post

Payment for your purchase may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. We can also accept a money order from your local post office or personal cheques.

Please note that orders cannot be processed until payments have cleared.

Please email us should you wish your goods to be shipped internationally and we will provide a quote for postage.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices and information displayed on the Little Green website, we reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this site, or an error in your order.
